Pattaya, Thailand – April 2025:
The latest edition of Dot Property Connect landed in Pattaya with resounding success, bringing together over 200 real estate professionals from across the Eastern Seaboard for an afternoon of powerful insights, networking, and actionable strategies for business growth.
Held at Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya, the event provided a timely platform for developers, agents, and property professionals to connect, share market intelligence, and explore new opportunities in a fast-evolving regional market.
Insight-Driven Sessions
The afternoon kicked off with a deep dive into the Pattaya Market Outlook 2025, presented by Colliers Thailand, offering attendees a clear perspective on where the local market is heading and what opportunities are emerging.
This was followed by a highly anticipated session from FazWaz, who shared real transaction data and trends, helping attendees understand the numbers behind the narrative.
Dot Property Group also revealed exclusive search insights from its platform, highlighting the most in-demand projects and areas in Pattaya based on actual user behavior.
Expert Panel & Real Conversations
A highlight of the event was the expert panel talk titled “Inside the Eastern Seaboard: What’s Selling and What’s Next”. Moderated by Dot Property Group, the panel featured some of the region’s most respected developers, who offered honest, forward-thinking perspectives on buyer trends, development challenges, and the evolving real estate landscape.

More than 20 developers participated in the networking lounge, showcasing new projects and building relationships with agents looking to expand their sales portfolio. The relaxed yet purposeful environment created space for meaningful conversations and new business opportunities.
