Looking to ditch the city life and embrace the serenity of the wilderness? Well, for just $12.75 million, you can own a slice of Tahoe paradise – complete with a “complimentary” Tesla Cybertruck. That’s right, for the price of a small island nation (and maybe a decent therapist), this 7,142-square-foot (664 square meters) dream home throws in a stainless steel electric behemoth.

The listing on Whisper Homes remains mum on specifics regarding the trim level of the Tesla Cybertruck depicted in one of the preview renderings of the property. Nonetheless, for that kind of cash, one would hope it’s the flagship Cyberbeast model, boasting the 845 hp (630 kW / 857 PS) tri-motor powertrain.
The realtor highlights that it will be among the “less than 300 homesites” in Clear Creek Tahoe, Nevada, a secluded residential and golfing community renowned as a “2,136-acre oasis of pristine mountain wilderness”. Positioned at 3532 Knob Point Trail, Unit 108, this property presents sweeping vistas of the snow-capped peaks and lush forests of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, along with the tranquil waters of Lake Tahoe.

The property is still under construction and is expected to be completed in late 2024. However, the seller decided it would be best for the future owner to buy it sooner and get involved with the development process so they could tailor the estate to their preferences.
Even though a $200k truck is a mere drop in the bucket for someone splurging upwards of $12 million on an estate, there’s no doubt that the addition of the Cybertruck will attract plenty of attention to the listing.
