Alia Bhatt celebrated Aadar Jain and Alekha Advani’s mehendi ceremony in true Punjabi style! Alia was accompanied by her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor and her mother Soni Razdan. They posed for the media outside the venue, before joining in the festivities.
The Kapoor bahu, Alia picked a short mustard studded kurta with mirror detailing and paired it with a bandhani gharara. Designed by fashion designer Anushka Khanna, Alia completed the contemporary Indian ensemble with an embellished stole. The strategically placed studs and mirrors on this sleeveless short kurta is not only versatile but also celebrates Anushka’s love for intricate, fine embroidery.
Priyanka Kapadia styled Alia Bhatt for Aadar Jain and Alekha Advani’s mehendi ceremony. The highlight of this mehendi look was the pop of purple Alia added to her overall style. The boho-chic bandhani braid styled by celebrity hair stylist Amit Thakur complemented celebrity makeup artist Puneet Saini’s shimmery yet timeless makeup.

Evoking the romance of a bygone era with a modern twist, Alia Bhatt accessorised with AMARIS Ruby Connect earrings. The earrings were a mesmerizing interplay of pastel-hued rubies, over 11 carats of dazzling polki and diamonds, and AMARIS’ signature uttrai work.
More than 30 carats of exquisite rubies are inlaid in a gold base, blossoming like a garden in full bloom. The charming earrings and Alia’s stunning personality strikes the perfect balance between trend and tradition—an heirloom in the making, yet effortlessly contemporary.
Alia’s impeccable style was further enhanced with a handcrafted bag from The Pink Potli. Alia opted for the Dancing Daffodils mustard yellow potli hand embroidered with beautiful floral designs featuring sequin petals and cut dana leaves. The velvet potli was further decorated with matching handmade tassel latkans.
