Delhi Capitals’ star wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul may be seen playing for Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2026. According to a report by Times of India, the KKR franchise is looking to include KL Rahul through a trade deal. In fact, KKR is even considering handing him the captaincy.
Rahul could be traded in place of Venkatesh Iyer, who had a poor season last year despite being signed for ₹23.75 crore. According to sources, KKR has offered KL Rahul a deal worth ₹25 crore.
Although there has been no official confirmation yet of any trade deal between Delhi Capitals and KKR, the rumors are creating a lot of buzz in the cricketing world.
