“I’m not gonna lie, I’ve tried a lot of different brands. From generic brand at walgreens to the more expensive crest 3d lightening strips. All of them did okay but left my sensitive teeth begging for mercy. My smile was yellow enough that I didn’t really smile in pictures (which is why I unfortunately cannot give a before and after). This stuff WORKS! I have the kind of sensitive teeth that my teeth will hurt at the dentist office because they’ve been dry for too long. And these strips didn’t hurt at all. The size is big enough that it actually covers my teeth (and the back too). I like that the bottom row has a small lip to wrap around the back of your teeth so it stays in place. Thr key is to dry your teeth before putting the strips on so they’ll stick better. There will be a lot of residue left after you remove the strips but it barely tastes like anything. I brushed my teeth after and my teeth were not sensitive at all (unlike other brands I’ve tried). There will be some white spots on your teeth (as the package says) but that went away by the next morning. I’ve only tried this once and i would say it brightened my teeth by like 3 shades.
